Better structural design, thoroughly showing unique stability

High rigidity and stable machine structure

All structural gongs of the machine are completely made of high-grade cast iron (FC30), and have been tempered and internal stress relieved.

T-shaped base

The T-shaped base structure enables the machine to be equipped with various types of workbenches.

The X-axis track is supported by a double-walled dragon-shaped structure, which is extremely rigid.

Slide type

X, Y-axis is a hard track structure.

Z auxiliary is equipped with three MRD65 SCHNEEBERGER roller type linear rails, with 12 sliding blocks.

Finite Element Analysis (FEA)

The main structure of the machine uses finite element analysis software to simulate stress/strain conditions.
