High rigid body structure

The HORNET series models take high rigidity and high dynamic performance as the main structure requirements. The Z-axis adopts a box-shaped structure and a large-span linear rail design to provide appropriate stability for high-speed cutting applications and ensure excellent accuracy performance under high cutting stress.

Swing head (B axis)

The combination of B-axis swing head and C-axis rotary table provides users with a wider range of multi-axis machining applications. Whether it is for molds with special surface shapes or complex self-field surface processing such as turbine blades, etc., the goal of one-time processing can be achieved, and production efficiency can be greatly improved.

Rotating table (C axis)

The five-axis maximum machining diameter range is 640mm, suitable for loading medium or heavy parts, and the maximum workpiece weight is 1000kg.

Transmission system

 Both B and C axes use DD direct-drive motors, with precise positioning, fast speed and no backlash.

Dual workspace

The unique dual working area concept allows users to more flexibly use the working range and rationally plan the production process of the fixture and the workpiece up and down to achieve the goal of maximizing production efficiency.
